These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cloudax Ltd website at cloud.ax, our interactive demos (including the homepage hero form and live call demonstrations), and any other information or contact channels offered by Cloudax Ltd ("we", "our", "us", "Cloudax").
By accessing our website, submitting a form, or requesting a demo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or demos.

Content is informational
Site content is provided for general information only. Customer agreements, statements of work and sales quotes (not the website) govern any service relationship between you and Cloudax.

Service agreements override
Production use of Cloudax Connect is subject to a separate written agreement (MSA, order form or DPA). Where such an agreement applies, its terms take precedence over these website Terms for that service.

Privacy is incorporated
Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy are incorporated into these Terms. By using our website, demos or forms you acknowledge those policies and, where relevant, give the specific consents described in them.
Rules for using our demos.
When you trigger an automated AI call, you're agreeing to these specific terms.
Authority over the number
You own the phone number you enter, or you have the number holder's clear and informed consent to receive an automated AI call on it. Submitting someone else's number without permission is a misuse of the service.
Recording and transcription
You consent to the call being recorded, transcribed, summarised and analysed by Cloudax and our voice and AI sub-processors. This is essential to the demo experience. If you don't want your call recorded, do not use the demo.
Follow-up contact
You consent to Cloudax contacting you after the demo (by phone, SMS, email or messaging) to discuss your experience, qualify your requirements and tell you about Cloudax Connect. You can opt out any time.
Website content
If you provide a website URL, you confirm you are entitled to have us fetch its public content and use it to personalise the demo script.
Intended purpose
The demo is for evaluation of Cloudax Connect. It must not be used to conduct real transactions, place advice-dependent calls (medical, legal, financial), or harass, prank, defraud or otherwise harm any person.
Rate limiting
We apply per-IP and per-phone rate limits and may use Cloudflare Turnstile bot-detection. Repeated, automated or abusive requests will be blocked.
No guarantee of availability
Demo calls depend on third-party telephony, AI, speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers. They may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or imperfect. We make no guarantees of real-time performance, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Charges
Standard carrier charges from your mobile or landline provider may apply to inbound calls; Cloudax does not charge for demo calls.
Misuse ends access, immediately.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website, demos and contact channels at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our website or free demo features at any time without prior notice.
What you agree not to do.
Hard limits. These aren't negotiable, and breach can terminate your access.
Follow the law
Don't use the website, demos or any Cloudax service in a way that breaches any law or regulation, including telecoms, marketing, anti-spam and consumer-protection rules.
No unauthorised numbers
Don't submit a phone number you don't own and don't have clear authority to use, or use the demo to prank, harass or mislead anyone.
No reverse engineering
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website or demo infrastructure, or circumvent any access or security control.
No automation
Don't use bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means to access the site or trigger demo calls, except for search-engine indexing in line with our robots.txt.
No malware
Don't introduce viruses, trojans or any material designed to harm or impair the site or its users.
No harmful content
Don't post or transmit material through any form that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, discriminatory, infringes another person's rights, or is otherwise objectionable.
No impersonation
Don't impersonate any person or falsely represent your affiliation with a business.

Intellectual property
Our rights
Content, design, layout, graphics, logos, software, voice samples, audio, video and written materials on this website are protected by copyright, trademarks and other rights owned by us or our licensors.
Your use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, store or transmit any material without our prior written consent, except for your own internal, non-public evaluation of Cloudax Connect. Cloudax® is a registered trademark of Cloudax Ltd.
Third-party links
Convenience only
We may link to third-party websites, documents or tools (for example Outlook Bookings for scheduling or supplier pages we reference). These links are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement.
No control
We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Limitation of liability
What we don't limit
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
What we exclude
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law Cloudax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or free demo features, unauthorised access to our servers, transmission interruptions, bugs or third-party content.
Indemnification
Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cloudax Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any breach of these Terms or misuse of the website or demo features, including submitting a phone number you are not entitled to use.
How these Terms change.
We keep things predictable: any changes are reflected in the Last Updated date, and continued use signals acceptance.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date above shows when the latest version was published. By continuing to use our website or demos after a change, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
