    Company › Environmental sustainability

    Technology, lighter
    on the planet.

How Cloudax reduces its footprint and builds conversational AI that does more with less.

    A responsibility we take seriously.

Built for organisations that measure themselves by their footprint as well as their performance.

Cloudax Ltd is committed to minimising our environmental impact and promoting sustainable business practices. We recognise our responsibility to operate in a manner that protects the environment for future generations whilst delivering innovative technology solutions to our clients.

This policy sets out our commitment to environmental stewardship and the practical steps we take to reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainability across every aspect of our operations.

How we stay light on the planet.

    01

    Efficient cloud infrastructure

We host on Microsoft Azure, a hyperscaler committed to being carbon negative by 2030, already running on 34 GW of contracted renewable energy across 24 countries.

    02

    Software built to run lean

Our conversational AI platform is engineered to minimise server load and computational cost per call. Efficiency isn't an afterthought, it's a design principle.

    03

    Sustainable procurement

We choose suppliers with strong environmental credentials, prioritise durable and repairable equipment, and favour local partners to cut transportation emissions.

    04

    Low-impact operations

Virtual-first meetings, LED-lit offices and paperless workflows: the small choices add up across every day we operate.

Powered by Microsoft Azure, committed to carbon negative by 2030.

Azure has contracted 34 GW of renewable energy across 24 countries, and its datacentres employ innovative cooling technologies and renewable energy sources to minimise environmental impact. When you run on Cloudax, you inherit that posture.
