It covers data we process when you visit cloud.ax, use the Cloudax Connect platform, contact us, or interact with our marketing.
We collect data you give us directly (contact-form submissions, account details, support requests), data we generate when you use the platform (call recordings, transcripts, telephony metadata, audit logs), and a limited set of analytics events from cloud.ax (pages viewed, anonymised device data, source attribution).
We use personal data to deliver the Cloudax service, secure customer accounts, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties and we do not use customer call data to train shared AI models outside the contractual scope of each customer's deployment.
