This Cookies Policy explains how Cloudax Ltd ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage and pixel tags) on our website. Cookies are small files placed on your device that let a site remember your choices and understand how it is being used.
Our lawful basis for setting strictly necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website (Regulation 6(4) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003). For every other cookie we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR / EU GDPR). Non-essential cookies are not set until you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting lawfulness of prior use.

Security
Cloudflare Turnstile runs on our forms to tell humans from bots. It is privacy-preserving by design and does not track you across other websites.

First-party analytics
A lightweight, in-house analytics system records how people use the site: which pages are useful, which paths are slow. Data stays on our infrastructure. We do not share it with advertisers.

Session insights (Microsoft Clarity)
Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to help us see where visitors get stuck. It only runs if you accept non-essential cookies, and never for advertising or cross-site tracking.

No advertising
We do not run ad-network pixels, remarketing tags, or profiling cookies. We do not build or sell advertising profiles, and no third party is authorised to track you through our site.

Retention periods
Strictly necessary cookies (including the record of your consent choice) last up to two years or until you clear your browser storage. Session identifiers used by our first-party analytics expire when you close the tab. Cookies set by the third parties listed below are retained according to their own retention rules, summarised in the links that follow.
Third-party recipients
Most of our analytics is processed entirely on Cloudax infrastructure, and we do not use advertising or profiling services. The third parties that see limited data through cookies or similar technologies on this site are:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile): bot and abuse protection on our forms. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals to distinguish humans from bots and does not use the data for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: session replay and heatmap analytics that help us understand how visitors use the site. Clarity only loads if you accept non-essential cookies, and Microsoft does not use this data for advertising. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses combined with additional technical safeguards as appropriate. Full details are covered in our Privacy Policy.
Opting out
Use the cookie banner or the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer to withdraw consent at any time. Disabling cookies in your browser applies your choice across the web, not just here.
