This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Cloudax Ltd's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2025.
Cloudax Ltd is a technology company specialising in artificial intelligence solutions and digital transformation services. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and with integrity, and we have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any form.
We recognise our responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking, and we commit to being transparent about the actions we take to tackle it, across our own operations and every supplier relationship we hold.

Risk assessment
Given our focus on technology services and operation primarily within the UK, we consider our direct risk to be low. We remain vigilant and continue to monitor our supply chains for any potential risks.
Training & awareness
Relevant staff are trained to understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking: how to identify potential signs and the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise.
Board approval
This statement was approved by the Board of Directors on 31st December 2025 and will be reviewed and updated annually in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We are committed to continuous improvement in our approach to combating modern slavery. In the coming year, we will continue to develop our policies and procedures, enhance supplier due diligence, and ensure ongoing training for our team members.
