    At Cloudax Ltd, we are committed to conducting our business with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical behaviour. This Code of Conduct sets out the principles and standards that guide our actions and decisions in every aspect of our business.

    This Code applies to all directors, employees, contractors and representatives of Cloudax Ltd. It serves as our guide for ethical decision-making and reinforces our commitment to operating as a responsible corporate citizen.

    We expect everyone associated with Cloudax Ltd to read, understand, and comply with this Code. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or business relationships.

    Full compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.

    No bribes, no kickbacks

    We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, facilitation payments or kickbacks.

    Gifts with boundaries

    No inappropriate gifts or entertainment intended to influence business decisions.

    Fair competition

    Compliant competition

    We comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws.

    No anti-competitive conduct

    We don't engage in anti-competitive practices or agreements with competitors.

    Respect for competitors

    We respect competitors and avoid making false or misleading statements about them.

    Data protection & privacy

    Lawful processing

    Personal data is collected and processed lawfully, fairly and transparently.

    Purpose limitation

    Data is used only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.

    Technical & organisational security

    Appropriate technical and organisational security measures, aligned with UK GDPR.

    Incident response

    Data breaches are reported promptly and appropriately, with incident response practised, not improvised.

    Raise it early

    If something doesn't feel right, report it to your line manager, or directly via [email protected].

    Anonymous reporting available

    You can raise concerns anonymously through our whistleblowing procedures. We take every report seriously.

    Confidentiality protected

    All reports are treated confidentially to the fullest extent possible while allowing for thorough investigation.

    Zero retaliation

    We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith or who participates in an investigation.

    Prompt investigation

    Every report is investigated thoroughly and promptly, with action taken where warranted.

    Trained, reviewed, enforced.

    Induction & training

    All employees receive training on this Code of Conduct as part of their induction, and through regular refresher training sessions thereafter.

    Annual review

    The Code of Conduct is reviewed annually by our Board of Directors and updated as necessary to reflect changes in our business, applicable laws, and best practices.

    Enforcement

    Failure to adhere to these standards may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or business relationships.
