Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Cloudax products, services and the cloud.ax website. By using any Cloudax service you agree to be bound by these terms. The commercial relationship between Cloudax and each enterprise customer is set out in a separate Master Services Agreement; these public terms apply to the website and any free trial or evaluation access.

Acceptable use

Cloudax services must be used in compliance with applicable law, regulator guidance and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to send unlawful communications, defraud or harass customers, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or operate outside the agreed jurisdictional scope.

Service availability and support

We operate Cloudax Connect on a high-availability footprint with published SLAs for paying customers. Support tiers, response times, scheduled maintenance windows and incident communications are set out in each customer's commercial agreement.

Intellectual property

Cloudax retains all intellectual property in the platform, the underlying models and any improvements. Customers retain rights to their own data, prompts, recordings and analytics.

Termination and changes

Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the commercial agreement. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified to active customers in writing.
