This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Cloudax (Cloudax Ltd) takes to ensure that modern slavery, human trafficking, servitude and forced labour do not occur within our business or our supply chains.
Cloudax is a UK-headquartered conversational-AI company. We employ a small team of engineers, designers and commercial staff, all based in the UK and EU. The vast majority of our supply chain consists of hyperscale cloud providers, telecommunications carriers, software vendors and a handful of professional-services firms — all operating in low-risk jurisdictions.
We assess every supplier against modern-slavery risk as part of onboarding. Tier-1 suppliers must confirm they have a Modern Slavery Statement of their own (or equivalent ethical-sourcing controls) and that they pass the same expectations to their own sub-processors.
All Cloudax employees receive guidance on identifying and escalating modern-slavery concerns. Any concern can be raised confidentially with the Chief Operating Officer or via our whistleblowing channel. No reports have been received in the current reporting year.
This statement is reviewed annually and is approved by the board of Cloudax Ltd.
