This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour, ethics and professionalism we expect of every Cloudax employee, contractor, partner and authorised representative. It is designed to make our values operational — how we treat each other, how we treat customers, and how we make decisions when nobody is watching.
We act with integrity and honesty. We respect the dignity, privacy and time of colleagues and customers. We hold ourselves to the same standards we promise the market: speed, accuracy and transparency. We comply with the laws, regulations and contractual commitments that apply to our work, and we escalate early when we are unsure.
Cloudax is an equal-opportunities employer. Harassment, discrimination and bullying have no place at Cloudax — at any level, on any axis, in any setting (in-person, hybrid, remote, or on customer sites).
Employees must disclose any personal, financial or relational interest that could influence their professional judgement. Disclosed conflicts will be managed transparently; undisclosed conflicts are treated as a breach of this Code.
Concerns about a potential breach of this Code can be raised with any member of leadership or via the confidential whistleblowing channel. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is itself a breach of this Code.
