Anti-Bribery Statement.

Cloudax is committed to conducting business with integrity and to a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. This statement sets out our anti-bribery position, in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the principles in the Ministry of Justice's adequate-procedures guidance.

Scope

This policy applies to every Cloudax employee, contractor, director and authorised representative, in every jurisdiction in which we operate. It covers offering, promising, giving, requesting or accepting any bribe — whether financial or otherwise, and whether direct or via a third party.

Gifts, hospitality and donations

Reasonable, proportionate, transparent and properly recorded business hospitality is permitted. Facilitation payments are prohibited. Political donations are prohibited; charitable donations are permitted only with board approval and only to registered charities with no link to active or prospective commercial counterparties.

Reporting and consequences

Any concern about a potential breach of this policy must be raised immediately with the Compliance Officer or via our confidential whistleblowing channel. Anyone found to have breached this policy is subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, and may face civil or criminal liability under the Bribery Act 2010.
